CNC Milling
Our team of programmers and machinists utilize the latest CNC milling technology, tooling and machining processes to manufacture tight-tolerance milled parts.
Defiant CNC takes great care in fixture design, tooling selection and programming to create a manufacturing process that allows for high precision parts while continuously improving setup and run times.
Whether your company uses CAD models, 2D blueprints, imperial or metric dimensions – Defiant CNC is capable of providing milling services to suit your needs.
We are capable of using 3-axis and 4-axis mills with table sizes up to 20” x 40”.
CNC Turning
We have comprehensive CNC turning capabilities from .020″ to 6″ diameter and lengths up to 28″ and produce parts with tolerances of ±0.0002.
Laser Engraving
Our Boss FMS laser engraver allows us to laser etch your parts. Whether you need part numbers, serial numbers, images or logos laser engraved on your parts; Defiant CNC has your laser engraving services covered.
Finishing
We offer a variety of secondary processes to put the finishing touches on your parts. These may be handled internally or via outside vendors depending on the project.

Quality Control
Everything that we manufacture is subject to stringent quality measures; we employ advanced inspection techniques and utilize a traceable calibrated instrumentation system. Our operation is geared for production from prototype to low-volume production runs.
Engineering & CAD/CAM
Our in-house engineering team is able to offer their experience and knowledge in design-for-manufacturing.
Our engineering services consist of providing designs for new components, products, and equipment for our customers. Engineering services include part and material specification, manufacturing drawings, product manuals, and manufacturing support and/or certification documentation.
Inventory Management
We strive to get highly precise and custom parts to our customers quickly, when they need them and in the quantity required.
We utilize our proprietary Enterprise Resource Planning system to track inventory and offer robust inventory management services such as split shipments, blanket orders, timed on-dock deliveries. We work with your supply chain to establish a plan that fits your project timelines and inventory needs.
Technical Drawings
Technical drawings visually communicate how something functions or is constructed. They are essential for communicating ideas in manufacturing.
Our prints consist of 2D orthogonal projections of the part or component they describe. If you need a 2D drawing created from a solid model or an actual product/part, Defiant CNC can create these technical drawings for you.

Production Process
Once you have placed an order, the production will begin. You will always be able to check the status of your order as it moves through the manufacturing and production process.
Inspection & QA
Your parts are inspected in our quality control lab. You can request a first article inspection where you will receive documentation on your part’s dimensions and the processes used to check your part.
Product Delivery
Your product is complete and ready for fulfillment and delivery. You will be able to track your parts easily once they are shipped.
